The Position

Red Dog has been responsible for the creation and implementation of brand and design projects across the non-profit, government, corporate, tech and F&B sectors. Our work is founded on the premise that creativity isn’t about pretty pictures, it’s about compelling ideas, beautifully executed, that grow business.


To help us continue to provide the level of account management that our clients have come to expect, we're hoping to recruit our newest Account Manager soon. That's where you come in.

What You'll do

Ideally, you'll be a very capable Senior Account Manager looking for a new challenge with experience of working in a similar creative environment. You have a very keen interest in branding and the critical role it plays in meeting client objectives. You have strong organisational skills and have experience leading and developing existing client relationships and growing new ones. You know how to manage the creative process from brief through to delivery and can harness the agency's resources to deliver the best for our clients. You are a strong multi-tasker and a people-person. You are ambitious, very enthusiastic and want to help Red Dog move to the next level. You enjoy the diversity and challenge of managing multiple projects and clients at once. You are organised and make sure all projects are delivered seamlessly.

What Skills You'll Bring

At least five years account management experience at leading national or international agencies and a track record of leading, managing and delivering for clients. Specific experience working on Brand Positioning, Identity and Annual Reporting (print and digital) is also mandatory.


Skills required:
• Experience managing large projects and brands
• Full understanding of the design process from briefing to delivery
• Quick thinker and problem solver
• Experience working in a fast-paced (but exciting!) environment across a number of projects
• Strong project management experience and a proven track record delivering to deadlines
• A client-centric and solutions-focused approach
• Excellent Presentation Skills
• Strong writing skills
