The Position

Atomic is seeking a Senior Designer to join the expanding Atomic creative team. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and highly creative brand/graphic designer to create sector defining work for a diverse range of world class indigenous and international brands - from Enterprise Ireland, Cityjet and FAI to Salesforce, and European Tour. Reporting directly to the Creative Director, the Senior Designer’s primary remit will be to lead and deliver world class creative work that is on brief, on time and exceeds client expectations.

Atomic is a specialist creative agency offering brand, strategy and content solutions to clients in Employer Branding, Sport and B2B. Our work is primarily internationally focused and we are highly differentiated in the Irish market. What You'll do
  • Take the lead on marquee design/creative projects
  • Work closely with the Creative Director to develop visual/conceptual direction of projects
  • Art direct photography and video shoots
  • Direct creative third parties (photographers, coders, motion designers etc.)
  • Present research, design development and design output to clients
  • Stay on top of design trends and best in class international work
  • Be an authority on design within the agency and share knowledge with the wider Atomic team
  • Take time to share knowledge and mentor junior designers
What Skills You'll Bring
  • 5+ Years agency experience
  • A Relevant design qualification
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative and identify creative opportunities
  • Technical mastery of the Adobe creative suite
  • Strong ability to work within fixed deadlines
  • Ability to develop a friendly and professional rapport with clients
  • Ability to be a Team-player with a co-operative, good-humoured attitude
