Ryanair’s Digital Experience department is home to its very own in-house Design team. This team works towards creating a seamless experience with Ryanair customers across the end to end journey and all the touchpoints they interact with. This is done through research, ideation, iterative design, prototyping, visual design conceptualization.
The Design Process team is tasked with managing the project workflow, tracking design delivery and efficiency throughout the design process, across all product projects, function objectives and team projects. The team will improve efficiency, transparency on delivery across projects within Product and Design.
Reporting to the Head of Product & Design, the Design Process Manager is responsiblefor both Design and Product governance.This position will manage our end to end process ensuring best practice applied through continual improvement with Product teams functions (PO, BA, PM) and Design team functions (UX, UI, Research, Systems). They will ensure our team’s output is high quality through rigorous adherence and focus on process & delivery. This role will look to improve our product and design process in order to improve quality and delivery efficiencies.
